
Ordering, Collection & Delivery
All menu items are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep everything in stock, all food is prepared through our central kitchen and availability can sometimes change depending on demand, If an item is unavailable when you're ordering, we will let you know and it won't be available to order. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll get in touch as soon as possible to offer an alternative or arrange a refund for the unavailable item. Once an order has been accepted, we'll work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. However, there may be occasions where we need to cancel an order. If this happens, we'll let you know immediately and you won't be charged for the cancelled order. Any delivery times provided are estimates only. During busy periods, weekends, promotions, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may vary.
Complaints & Order Issues
We're proud of our food and service, but if something isn't quite right, we'd love the opportunity to put it right. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@jerkjunction.com as soon as possible, providing details of the issue and your order number, where available. Our team will investigate and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Refunds
We take all refund requests seriously and assess each case individually. If you wish to request a full refund relating to the quality or condition of your food, the food must be returned to the Jerk Junction location from which it was purchased for inspection. Please keep any remaining food and packaging where possible, as this helps us investigate your concern properly. Refunds, replacements, or offers and discounts may be offered following confirmation of the issue.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where the food has not been returned for inspection or where we are unable to verify the reported issue. Orders placed through Deliveroo are subject to Deliveroo's refund process. If your order was placed through Deliveroo, you must contact Deliveroo directly regarding any refund request, as we are unable to process refunds for orders placed through their platform. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact hello@jerkjunction.com and we'll investigate the matter as quickly as possible.

1. This offer entitles the holder to 20% off their purchase at Jerk Junction.This promotion is organised by Jerk Junction Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
2. The 20% discount is only valid when a digital voucher or digital offer is presented at the time of purchase.
3. The offer is redeemable exclusively in person at Jerk Junction, Trinity Kitchen, Leeds, and must be shown at the till before payment is made.
4. This promotion is valid from 13th May to 19th July 2026 (inclusive). Any vouchers presented outside of this period will not be accepted.
5. Voucher can be used multiple times within the offer period.
6. The offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, including meal deals, unless otherwise stated.
7. This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

6th Birthday Rewards
1. The Promotion These terms and conditions govern the Jerk Junction 6th Birthday Card promotion ('the Promotion'), running from 5 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 at all Jerk Junction UK sites. By participating, guests agree to be bound by these terms. The Promotion is run by Jerk Junction ('we', 'us', 'our').Winner drawn on the 1st September, notified by the 5th September 2026.
2. Eligibility Open to all guests aged 18 and over. One ‘Birthday Card’ per person. Cards are individual and non-transferable. Cards cannot be shared between members of a party or group. Employees of Jerk Junction and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.
3. Collecting Stamps One stamp is issued per qualifying visit. A qualifying visit is a meal to the value of £10 or more, paid for by the individual cardholder. Only one stamp will be issued per visit, regardless of spend or number of items ordered. A minimum of 24 hours must pass between qualifying visits. No more than one stamp will be issued in any 24-hour period. Stamps must be requested and applied at the point of payment. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively once a guest has left the premises. Stamps are for dine-in, takeaway, collection, Deliveroo orders are exempt and do not apply to this promotion. Each stamp is recorded digitally via the till and marked physically on the card. Both must be completed at the time of the visit. Stamps cannot be pooled across a group. Each guest must make their own qualifying individual purchase.
4. The 20% Discount Reward Guests who collect all 6 stamps on a single Birthday Card are entitled to 20% off their food on a dine-in visit at any Jerk Junction UK site. The 20% discount applies to food & drink only. It excludes service charges, and any other offers or promotions. The reward is redeemed by presenting the completed card to a team member at the point of ordering. The discount is applied once per completed card and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The reward has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. The completed card will be collected by the team member at point of redemption.
5. The Prize Draw All guests who complete their Birthday Card and submit it with a valid email address before 31 August 2026 will be entered into the Jerk Junction 6th Birthday Prize Draw. To enter, guests must hand their completed card to a team member and provide their name and email address. By doing so, they consent to being contacted by Jerk Junction via email. Each completed card submitted is one prize draw entry. There is no limit on the number of cards a guest may complete and submit - more cards means more chances to win. Cards must be submitted in person at any Jerk Junction site by close of business on 31 August 2026. Cards submitted after this date will not be eligible. Entries cannot be submitted online or by post. Only cards with all 6 verified stamps will be accepted as valid entries. The winner will be announced on 5 September 2026 and contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Jerk Junction's decision is final in all prize draw matters. Guests must have submitted their details on the QR code on the card.
6. Data & Privacy By submitting your email address to enter the prize draw, you agree to be contacted by Jerk Junction with news, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any email. Your data will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at jerkjunction.co.uk.
7. Card Validity & General Birthday Cards are valid for stamps collected between 5 July and 31 August 2026 only. Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Jerk Junction reserves the right to verify all stamps against till records. Cards with stamps that cannot be verified will be void. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
