Can I refill a gift card?

Yes, you can refill a digital card by scanning the gift card’s QR card at the POS in store. You cannot refill a gift card online.

Can i use my gift card in different location?

Yes, you can apart from our Kargo Mkt spot.

Can I check the balance of a gift card?

You can only check your balance in store.

When does my gift card expire

All gift cards don't have an expiry date.
